  • Developing a volunteer workforce through a new programme of activity
  • Improving communication and organisation of evidence through a new website and feedback centre
  • Improving stakeholder engagement with the creation of a forum made up of patients, service users, health and care staff and voluntary and community sector workers
  • Working with young people and providing a Young people’s Forum in association with Solihull Sixth Form College
  • Improving knowledge and awareness about Dementia and assisting towards the best possible outcomes for older people
